1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ibu, an AI-powered conversational platform operated by Ibu AI Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Ibu, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ibu. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

3. AI Disclosure

Ibu is an artificial intelligence system. You are interacting with an AI, not a human. While Ibu is designed to feel natural and personal, it is a software system powered by AI language models. Responses are generated automatically and do not reflect the views of any individual person at Ibu AI Ltd.

4. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

Ibu's responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on Ibu as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any output generated by Ibu.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ibu to:

• –Engage in any activity that is illegal under applicable law
• –Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group
• –Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits or harms minors
• –Spread disinformation, propaganda, or content designed to deceive others
• –Impersonate any person or entity in a deceptive manner
• –Attempt to circumvent safety measures, content filters, or access controls
• –Use outputs to develop competing AI models or systematically extract training data
• –Use the service for any automated high-stakes decision-making (medical diagnosis, legal determinations, credit scoring) without appropriate human oversight

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Ibu offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the applicable fee on a recurring basis. All fees are stated in your local currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Ibu platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying models, is owned by Ibu AI Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to deliver the service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ibu AI Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of Ibu. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Ibu after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
